Lisa Lister Chair of The Whole Point, Leeds Board brings over 22 years’ experience working with SMEs across manufacturing, engineering, professional services, and wider service industries. As founder of Progress Marketing Ltd, Yorkshire Leadership Group, and co-founder of Culco Ltd, Lisa is passionate about helping business owners achieve their growth ambitions while building positive and thriving workplace cultures.

Supporting Lisa as vice-chair is Natalie Boswell of Lloyds Bank. Natalie is the Regional Development Director for North East and Yorkshire. Natalie is passionate about supporting women owned and led businesses. Natalie joined Lloyds Bank after graduating from Leeds University and has spent 11 years in customer-facing relationship management roles.
