Birmingham Regional Board

The Birmingham-based growth board is chaired by Tara Attfield-Tomes, founder of multi award-winning PR agency, EAST VILLAGE., which works with female serving brands. 

Her vision when establishing the agency was to empower women and underrepresented founders, creating a more level playing field through the power of PR. Tara has also set up The 51% Club, a community to help female founders scale through community events, and better access to resources.

Roxanne Goodman supports Tara as Vice Chair in Birmingham. Roxanne is the founder of Female Founder Finance — the UK’s first wholly female circle of commercial finance specialists. 

Since 2006, Roxanne has helped secure over £3 billion in funding for UK women-led SMEs across various funding routes. That’s meaningful insight and experience she’s now directing straight to furthering The Whole Point’s mission.
